Can I select a specific stone or indicate a preference?

All stones I sell are of course natural products, so no two stones are the same. Do you have a preference for a certain shade, drawing or discoloration that you see in the product photo? Then you can indicate your preference as a comment at checkout . I try to comply with this as best as possible - although I cannot promise that I can deliver the specific stone if it has already been sold. However, I will pay attention to your preference and select the most suitable stone for you!

What is the delivery time for my order?

I aim to ship all orders within 1 working day . During busy periods this may of course take a little longer, but all orders will still be shipped within 2 working days.

How is my order shipped?

Every package is a party, so your order will always be nicely packaged! You will receive invoices by email , so they will not be found in your package. You can also easily send your package directly to someone else to give it as a gift!

All items fit into letterbox boxes , so you will never have to stay at home to receive your package. During checkout you can choose shipping with stamps or Track & Trace within the Netherlands. I ship with PostNL as standard.

What are the shipping costs?

All prices exclude shipping costs. To ship your order within the Netherlands, you can choose a letterbox package (with track & trace) or postage stamps. Please note: if you choose to ship with stamps, the risk lies with you (the customer). The costs for this are from €2.50 for shipping with stamps (depending on the weight of your order) and €4.50 for shipping with track & trace . The costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, so here you can find the shipping costs applicable to your order.

How can I return an item?

We naturally try to prevent anything being wrong with your item and hope that everyone will be happy with their order! Unfortunately, it can always happen that something slips through, or the product turns out slightly differently than you expected. Don't panic, we are happy to help with a solution!

If there is something wrong with your item , please send me a message . We can certainly find a good solution! If we agree that you return the item, I will refund the product costs.

If you want to return an item because you do not want it, you can do so within 14 days. Send me a message and I will give you the return address and ensure that the costs of the product appear on your account once I have received the product from you. The shipping costs (to you and the return costs) are at your expense. Please note: the products must of course be returned in their original condition. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
